    01 – Brand Discovery & Narrative Development We conducted executive stakeholder interviews and high-level audience analysis to understand BlueYonder's market landscape, competitive positioning, and customer expectations. From there, we developed a CEO vision statement and core messaging framework that bridged the company's supply chain heritage with Duncan's leadership vision.

    02 – Executive Coaching & On-Camera Training George Howell provided direct media coaching to prepare Duncan for the stage –refining delivery, building confidence, and ensuring clarity under pressure. We developed character and storytelling techniques specific to Duncan's communication style and the ICON audience.

    03 – Keynote Development & Event Design We designed the 90-minute keynote experience from script to stage, including:

    • Keynote walk-on video establishing authority before Duncan spoke

    • Run of show and programming oversight

    • Presentation deck design aligned with brand narrative

    • Branded motion graphics and transitions

    • Event design coordinated with BlueYonder's creative team
